Yet again, they aimed teargas cannisters at me, as we returned home this evening. If this brutality is meant to break us, it only strengthens our resolve to fight and end this criminality! #FreeUgandaNow https://t.co/8ViuCDYao3
Now at Tanda playground, Entebbe Municipality for our second campaign rally #ANewUgandaNow #ProtestVote2026 #PeoplePowerOurPower https://t.co/5okTorLiTy
At Busabala grounds, Makindye Ssabagabo for our first campaign rally of the day. We have been received by our enthusiastic supporters who are fully charged with the message of the revolution. #ANewUgandaNow #ProtestVote2026 #PeoplePowerOurPower https://t.co/A2IiaEsI7y

We're also being trailed by nearly 30 police and military cars which routinely sandwich me in such a manner that supporters find it hard to even catch a glimpse of me! Traffic has also been stopped several meters away from where I'm supposed to pass, and the few cars of my comrades and leaders that were allowed to escort me have also been forced to drive behind the tens of police and military cars tailing me. Not that this hasn't been happening on our campaign before, but it's important to describe the scene for those who rarely get time to watch what transpires on our trail!
As we head to Busabala in Makindye Ssabagabo for our campaigns, each and every business you can imagine anywhere along the road is closed: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hardware shops, roadside boda boda mechanics and vendors etc, THEY WERE ALL FORCED TO CLOSE before we arrived in the area! Even supporters who'd have gathered by the roadside have been forcefully pushed hundreds of metres away, with some beaten and forced to lock themselves inside their houses! That's the sheer cowardice of a dictator who has been calling himself 'ssabalwanyi' (fighter of all fighters)! Let's end this nonsense come January 15th! #ProtestVote2026
