In 2024, when he first made the ridiculous claim that he was cheated by 1 million votes, we challenged this ELECTION THIEF, Dictator Museveni, to a transparent AUDIT of the 2021 election! Of course he never responded to our letter, knowing that he would be exposed. He now claims that, in fact, he was cheated by 2.7 million votes! Our call is for people to peacefully protest - a fundamental right guaranteed by Article 29 of our Constitution. We're not talking about rioters - we are talking about the CITIZENS of Uganda. 2. Our call for PROTEST is conditional. If you don't want people to protest, then guarantee a transparent, free, and fair election. Already, you're rigging the election by stopping us from campaigning, blocking us from accessing radio stations, abducting and illegally arresting our campaigners, etc. Stop all this nonsense, and you will have no reason to intimidate the citizens. 3.
