We were meant to campaign in Nwoya and Amuru districts today but we have encountered multiple blockades by the criminal regime police. In Nwoya, we were confronted by a group of youths clad in NRM T-shirts and brandishing placards with demeaning words. In the interest of time, we could not proceed to our scheduled venue in Nwoya and we had to embark on our journey to Elegu where we equally found the road barricaded by the regime police. All these provocative tactics are meant to break us but we are far from giving up. We want to appreciate the people of Nwoya and Amuru who approached us at the points where we had been blocked and listened to our message of freedom. Thank you Nwoya and Amuru. In full glare of cameras and the police, goons clad in Gen. Museveni T-shirts belonging to the so called ‘Ghetto Structures’ have blocked us from proceeding to NWOYA for our scheduled campaigns. These goons were being guarded by the police and prisons officers who enabled their provocative actions. We of course know that these acts of criminality will be ignored by the Electoral Commission!
