We spent part of the day visiting some of our comrades who were terribly injured by JAT and other criminals yesterday. Some of these are in hospitals while others are recovering from their homes. You cannot imagine how these thugs aimed live bullets and rubber bullets at unarmed civilians, and cut some of them using knives and bayonets. We gave them a message of encouragement and assured them that their sacrifices will never be in vain. Surely, there will be accountability for these crimes against humanity, one way or another. Wishing all of them a quick and full recovery!

Mbabazi Pathy is the @NUP_Ug Registrar for Bushenyi District. In this video, she condemned Gen. Museveni for using billions of shillings travelling all the way, to monitor the failed PDM projects. She wondered why the billions wasted on these trips is not used for education and healthcare. She also condemned the raid on our offices where they planted fetishes. For this, she was arrested yesterday and is currently being held at Bushenyi Central Police Station. That corrupt regime official called Michael Mawanda was chest-thumping over her arrest, for apparently abusing Museveni and his son! When regime officials insult us everyday, that's not an offence. In fact, the regime employs people to abuse us daily. And yet these criminals have the audacity to arrest our supporters for speaking truth to power. The faces of evil! Although most of them were hooded, journalists' cameras were able to capture some faces. These thugs were armed to the teeth with guns, batons, sticks, wires, knives, etc. They moved around shooting, beating and cutting our people. In some cases, our legal team will bring criminal action against them individually if we're able to identify them.
