We appreciate one of the neighbors to our deceased Deputy President who opened his home for us after being blocked from Nyamityobora Grounds, so that we used his compound for this function. In yet a cowardly, shameless move, the Museveni regime has blocked our event to celebrate the life and work of our distinguished Deputy President, Hon. Jolly Mugisha. The police has deployed heavily at Nyamityobora Grounds in Mbarara and blocked access to it. They have chased away all service providers and threatened to arrest them. This morning, the RPC, one Bagambaki Wilfred said he has orders not to allow this function, unless we get permission from the IGP! So shameless, so cowardly that even in death, they can behave in this manner.
