Today was a day of joy as we celebrated the graduation of several comrades who have been part of the @NUP_Ug's Institutions League. In the afternoon, we held a luncheon in their honour to congratulate them upon their feat and appreciate them for balancing struggle work with academics. They branded us hooligans and we told them: YES WE ARE PROUD HOOLIGANS.
