We have completed our third week of the presidential campaign trail in Busia district. Prior to my address, I paid a special tribute to the fallen former Kenyan Prime Minister Baba Raila Odinga. We honor and recognize his contribution to the politics of the East African region. In my message to the masses, I spoke about the plans we have for the people of Busia whereby we intend to build a firm economic foundation that will enable them to reap from their mineral wealth. I also tackled the issue of introducing a feeding program in government schools, elevating the welfare of our patriots in uniform, and stabilizing our national economy.
